The Practitioner tab is where you find the person who set up your Innovibe plan - their name, their contact details, and a way to reach them directly from your phone. This short guide walks through what's on that screen.
You'll need:
- A Client account that has a Practitioner attached to it
Step 1 - Open the Practitioner tab
Tap the Practitioner icon in the bottom navigation (the right-most tab). The Practitioner page opens with a coral banner at the top and your Practitioner's card underneath.

Step 2 - Read your Practitioner's card
The card at the top shows, in order:
- A circular avatar (a placeholder if your Practitioner hasn't uploaded a photo yet).
- Their full name (first name and last name).
Below that, a second card lists their contact information. Each row has an icon on the left and a value on the right:
- Email - tap to compose an email to your Practitioner (opens your default mail app).
- Country - the country your Practitioner is based in. Display-only; there's nothing to tap.
- Phone - tap to start a phone call (opens your phone dialler).
- WhatsApp - tap to start a WhatsApp chat at the same number, if you and your Practitioner both use it.
Any detail your Practitioner hasn't provided is simply hidden - for example, if they haven't shared a phone number, the Phone and WhatsApp rows don't appear.
If you don't have a Practitioner yet
If no Practitioner is attached to your account, the tab shows an empty state:
"You don't have any practitioners"
"Contact your User Manager to request a Practitioner."
This usually means you've signed up but haven't been invited by a Practitioner. Reach out to Innovibe support to get connected.
Can I disconnect from my Practitioner from the app?
Not from the Client app today. If you need to stop working with your Practitioner - for example if you've switched providers - contact Innovibe support and we'll adjust the connection on our side. The mobile app is read-only for the Practitioner connection.
Common issues
- "Tapping Phone or Email does nothing" - make sure you have a default phone dialer / mail app installed on your device, and that the Innovibe app has permission to open them.
- "The WhatsApp icon shows the same number as Phone" - that's intentional. WhatsApp messages are sent to the same number your Practitioner provided for phone. If you don't have WhatsApp, just use the Phone row.
- "The tab says I don't have a Practitioner" - Innovibe Clients are linked to a Practitioner through an invitation. If the empty state persists after registering, contact support and we'll look into the connection.
