On Innovibe, you bring a Client on board as part of creating their first Schedule. The "Create Schedule" form lets you either pick an existing Client from your list, or invite someone brand new directly from the same page. This guide walks through both options.
You'll need:
- Access to your Practitioner account at practitioner-app.innovibe.life
- For a new Client: their email, mobile phone number, first name, last name, and country
- For an existing Client: they must already have an Innovibe Client account that is connected to you
Step 1 - Open the "Create Schedule" form
From your Schedules page, click New Schedule. (Or, from a Client's detail page, click Add schedule.) The form opens, and the first section at the top is labeled Client.

From here you have two paths: attach an existing Client (Option A) or invite a new one (Option B).
Option A - Attach an existing Client
Use this path if the Client already has an Innovibe account and is connected to you.
- Click the Attach Client dropdown (it shows "Search" until you pick someone).
- In the search field at the top of the dropdown, start typing the Client's name or email.
- Click the Client in the filtered list.

The Client's name and avatar appear in the field. You can now continue to the rest of the Schedule form (Track, Schedule details, Instructions).
Option B - Invite a new Client
Use this path if the Client doesn't yet have an Innovibe account.
- Click the Invite a new Client button next to the Attach Client dropdown. An invite form appears below.

Fill in the fields:
- Email - where the invitation is sent. When you tab out of this field, Innovibe checks whether this email is already registered.
- Mobile Phone Number - pick the country code and enter the number.
- First name and Last name.
- Country - the Client's country of residence.

If you change your mind, click Cancel inviting (the same button that opened the form) to close it without losing anything else in the Schedule.
If the email is already registered
If the email you enter already belongs to an Innovibe Client, the invite fields lock and a blue info banner appears:
"The Client is already registered in Innovibe."
When this happens, click Cancel inviting, then use the Attach Client dropdown to select that Client by searching for their name or email.

Step 2 - Save the Schedule
Once the Client section is filled (either option), complete the rest of the form (Track, Schedule details, Instructions) and click Send schedule. What happens next depends on which option you picked:
- Existing Client (Option A) - the Schedule is created immediately. The Client is notified in their Innovibe Client app.
- New Client (Option B) - Innovibe sends an invitation email to the Client. When they accept and complete their account setup, the Schedule activates. Invitations expire after 14 days if not accepted.
Pre-selected Client (coming from a Client's detail page)
If you started the Schedule from a specific Client's detail page (for example by clicking Add schedule from their card), the Client is already filled in at the top of the form and locked. You skip straight to choosing a Track.
Common issues
- "The Client is already registered in Innovibe." - cancel inviting, then use the Attach Client dropdown to pick that Client instead.
- The Client isn't in the "Attach Client" dropdown - they're not connected to you yet. Invite them using Option B.
- Invitation email didn't arrive - ask the Client to check their Spam or Promotions folder. If it's still missing after a few minutes, or if the link has expired (14 days), start a new Schedule and send a fresh invite.
- "All fields are required" error when submitting - for an invited Client, all five fields (Email, Mobile Phone Number, First name, Last name, Country) must be filled.
