The Schedule tab gives you a full picture of what your Practitioner has set up for you: the Schedule you're on right now, every Session you've listened to so far, and a list of Schedules you've already finished. This guide walks you through everything that's on that screen.
You'll need:
- A Client account with at least one Schedule on it. (If the Dashboard is still showing you no upcoming Sessions, your Practitioner hasn't set anything up yet.)
Step 1 - Open the Schedule tab
Tap the Schedule icon in the bottom navigation (second tab from the left). The Schedule page opens.

At the very top of the screen, the same Schedule switcher you see on the Dashboard lets you move between multiple active Schedules if you have more than one. Left and right arrows jump between them.
Step 2 - Read the current Schedule summary
Just below the switcher, a white row shows three summary chips for the Schedule you're currently viewing:
- Duration - how many days the Schedule runs for (e.g. 3 days).
- How often - how often a Session is scheduled (e.g. Every 6h, or Every 15m for an Emergency Schedule).
- Status - a colored badge with the Schedule's current state.
The status pill can show:
| Status |
Color |
Meaning |
| New |
light blue |
Your Practitioner has set it up, but the first Session hasn't happened yet. |
| Active |
green |
At least one Session has started; the Schedule is running. |
| Paused |
lilac |
Your Practitioner has paused this Schedule; no new Sessions are being scheduled right now. |
| Expired |
beige |
The Schedule's duration window has ended. |
| Missed |
red |
The last Session wasn't listened to in its window. |
Step 3 - Review completed Sessions
The section titled "Schedule details" lists every Session on this Schedule that you've already listened to, newest or oldest first depending on order. Each completed Session shows as a pale-blue tile with a checkmark icon and the date the Session happened.
If you haven't completed any Sessions on this Schedule yet, you'll see the message "No session has been completed yet" instead.
Use this view to check which days and times you've listened, and to spot any gaps at a glance.
Step 4 - Glance at your Past schedules
The Past schedules section at the bottom of the Schedule tab gives a preview of Schedules you've already finished. Each tile shows:
- The Innovibe Frequency's name (e.g. Arnica Montana).
- Its potency (e.g. 200C).
- The start date of that Schedule.
Tiles cycle through three pastel colors to make them easy to scan.
If you have more than a couple of past Schedules, tap See all at the top-right of the section to open the full list.
Step 5 - Open the full Past schedules list
The full Past schedules page opens from the See all link. Each Past Schedule here gets a larger tile showing:
- Innovibe Frequency name (top-left) and a status (top-right).
- A human-readable start date (for example, "Apr 22, 2026").
- A bottom row with duration, How often, and potency.
A back arrow in the top-left returns you to the main Schedule tab.

Navigating back
- The back arrow at the top of the Past schedules page returns to the main Schedule tab.
- The Home tab in the bottom navigation takes you back to the Dashboard.
- Pull down anywhere on the Schedule tab (pull-to-refresh) to reload the data.
Common issues
- "My Schedule tab is empty" - the tab only shows something if your Practitioner has created a Schedule for you. If you think there should be one, reach out to your Practitioner.
- "'No session has been completed yet' appears on a Schedule that's been active for days" - the list only counts Sessions you've actually listened to. If none have been listened to, nothing is listed, even if Sessions were scheduled.
- "The status says Paused" - your Practitioner has paused this Schedule. No Sessions will be delivered while it's paused. Contact your Practitioner if you have questions.
- "Past schedules section is empty" - either you haven't had any Schedules finish yet, or all your Schedules are still within their duration window.
