Logging in to the Client app

Once your Innovibe account is set up, logging in is a two-field affair: your email and your password. This guide covers everyday logging in, plus what to do if you've forgotten your password.

You'll need:


Step 1 - Open the Client app

Open Innovibe on your phone. If you're signed out, the Log in screen is what you'll see first.


Step 2 - Enter your email and password

On the Log in screen you'll see:

  • A Log in heading.
  • An Email field - enter the email your Practitioner invited you with.
  • A Password field - enter the password you set during sign-up.
  • A "Forgot password?" link above the button, in case you can't remember.

Type your email and password, then tap the coral Log in button.

The button label changes to "Logging in..." for a moment, then you land on your Dashboard.


Forgot your password?

If you can't remember your password, you can reset it without needing the old one.

Step A - Start the reset

From the Log in screen, tap Forgot password?. The Forgot password screen opens with:

  • A Forgot password heading.
  • Short instructions: "Type the email you used to sign up on InnoVibe and we will send you a password reset email."
  • An Email field.
  • A Back to Login page link.
  • A coral Send reset email button.

Enter the email your Innovibe account is registered with, then tap Send reset email. The button label changes to "Sending reset email..." while the request is in flight.

Step B - Open the reset email

Check the inbox for that email. You'll receive a message from Innovibe with a secure reset link. Tap the link.

If nothing arrives, check your spam or promotions folder, and make sure you used the same email that's on your Innovibe account.

Step C - Set a new password

Tapping the reset link opens the Reset Password screen in the Innovibe app. You'll see:

  • A Reset Password heading.
  • Instructions: "Please type a new password."
  • A Password field and a Repeat Password field.
  • The same live password checklist you saw when you signed up.
  • A coral Set new password button at the bottom.

Your new password must satisfy all six rules (at least one letter, one capital letter, one number, one special character, 8 characters minimum, and both passwords must match). When every rule is ticked green, the button becomes tappable.

Tap Set new password. The label changes to "Setting new password..." briefly, then you're taken straight to your Dashboard - already signed in with the new password.

If you need to come back to Login

Both the Forgot password and Reset Password screens have a link back to Login if you change your mind part-way through.


Common issues

  • "Log in says my email or password is wrong" - double-check for typos and Caps Lock. If you're certain the email is right but can't remember the password, use Forgot password? below the form.
  • "I tapped Send reset email but never received it" - check spam / promotions, confirm you used the Innovibe-registered email, and give it a few minutes. Some mail providers delay first-time senders.
  • "The reset link says it's invalid or expired" - reset links are single-use and time-limited. Start the Forgot password flow again from the Log in screen and use the newest email.
  • "The Set new password button stays greyed out" - one or more password rules isn't satisfied. Look at the checklist above the button - the grey ticks are the missing rules.
  • "I'm signed in on another device already" - logging in here doesn't sign you out there. If you want to be fully signed out everywhere, log out from each device you're on, or contact support to reset all sessions.
