Innovibe is invitation-only. Your Practitioner invites you, you receive an email, set a password, and you're in. The whole process takes about two minutes on your phone. This guide walks you through each step - from opening the email to landing on your Innovibe Dashboard for the first time.
You'll need:
- The email address your Practitioner used to invite you (check the inbox for that address)
- A quiet moment on your phone
- A password you'll remember - it must have a letter, a capital letter, a number, a special character, and be at least 8 characters long
Step 1 - Open your invitation email
Look for an email from Innovibe in your inbox. The subject introduces your Practitioner, and the body reads:
"Dear {your first name}!"
"Welcome to your personal journey with Innovibeā¢!"
"Your practitioner, {Practitioner's name}, has prepared your custom schedule of Innovibe Frequency Tracks (IFT). Our secure platform allows you to access these frequencies anywhere, seamlessly supporting your path to wellbeing."
Below the greeting there's a coral Client login button. That's the link that takes you into Innovibe.

The email also lists four short steps under "Getting Started" as a reminder of what to do: log in, complete registration, follow the instructions, and begin streaming.
Tap Client login.
Step 2 - Set your password
Tapping the button opens Innovibe and takes you straight to the registration screen. You'll see:
- A greeting: "{your first name}, welcome to Innovibe!"
- A short subtext about finishing your account setup.
- A Password field and a Repeat password field.
- A live checklist that turns green as you meet each rule.
Type a password in the Password field, then retype it in Repeat password. Your password must have:
- At least one letter
- At least one capital letter
- At least one number
- At least 8 characters
- At least one special character (e.g.
!, @, #, $, %) - Both passwords are identical
Each rule ticks green as you satisfy it. When every rule is green, the Sign up button turns fully coral and becomes tappable.

Tap Sign up. The button label changes to "Signing up..." briefly, then you're taken straight to your Dashboard.
Step 3 - You're in
Once you land on the Dashboard, your account is fully set up. Your Practitioner's first Schedule should already be visible there. From here, you can:
- Tap Begin session on the Dashboard when your first Session becomes available (see Listening to your first Session).
- Open the Schedule tab to see what's coming and any Schedules you've completed.
- Open the Practitioner tab to see your Practitioner's contact details.
- Tap your avatar in the top-right to access Account Settings, Log out, and links to Terms & Conditions / Privacy Policy.
Your account is now active. You don't need to go through this flow again - from now on, log in with your email and password.
Common issues
- "I didn't get an invitation email" - check your spam or promotions folder first, then confirm with your Practitioner that they used the right email address. If the email was sent and went missing, ask your Practitioner to send a fresh invitation.
- "The Client login link says the invitation is invalid" - the link may have expired (invitations expire after 14 days) or it was already used. Ask your Practitioner to send a new invitation.
- "The Sign up button is greyed out" - the password rules aren't all satisfied yet. Look at the checklist above the button - whichever rule is still grey is the one you're missing. Common misses: no capital letter, no number, no special character, the two passwords don't match.
- "My two passwords don't match" - retype both. Check for sneaky trailing spaces or an accidentally auto-capitalised first letter on mobile keyboards.
- "I already had an Innovibe account" - Innovibe accounts are unique to your email. If the email on your invitation already has an account, ask your Practitioner - they may need to re-send with a different email or connect you to your existing account.
- "Which app should I install?" - Innovibe's Client app is available as a mobile app. Follow the invitation's button - it takes you to the right place.
