How to Register as a Practitioner

This guide walks you through creating your practitioner account, from opening the registration page to landing on your dashboard. The whole process takes about 5-10 minutes.

You'll need:

  • A valid email address you can check right now
  • A mobile phone that can receive SMS messages
  • A few minutes to review and sign the Terms & Conditions

Step 1 - Open the registration page

Go to the Innovibe practitioner site - https://practitioner-app.innovibe.life - and click Register. (Or go directly to https://practitioner-app.innovibe.life/register.)

You'll see a page titled "Register as a Practitioner".

Step 2 - Create your account

You have two options for creating your account:

Option A - Register with Google (fastest)

  • Click Continue with Google
  • Choose your Google account in the pop-up
  • Approve the permissions

Your account is created instantly using your Google email and name, and you'll skip straight to email verification (Step 3).

Option B - Register with email

Under the "Or register with email" divider, fill in the form:

  • First Name - your given name
  • Last Name - your family name
  • Email - the address you want to use to log in (make sure you can access it right now)
  • Password - choose a strong password
  • Confirm Password - re-type the same password

As you type the password, Innovibe shows a live checklist so you know when it meets the requirements.

When everything looks good, click Continue with email.

Step 3 - Verify your email

Innovibe will send a 6-digit verification code to the email address you just provided.

  • Open your inbox and find the email with the verification code
  • Copy the 6-digit code
  • Return to the Innovibe tab and enter the code in the field labeled "Enter the verification code sent to: [your email]"

The code is submitted automatically once all 6 digits are entered.

Didn't get the email?

  • Check your Spam or Promotions folder
  • Make sure you entered the correct email in Step 2
  • Click Resend Code on the verification page to get a new one


Step 4 - Enter a few more details

The next page is titled "Just a few more details". Here you'll share your mobile number and tell us about your homeopathy background.

Fill in:

  • Mobile phone number - choose your country from the dropdown, then enter your mobile number. This number will be used to send you a verification code by SMS.
  • Timezone - if your country has multiple timezones, pick the one you live in. (This field is hidden if your country only has one timezone.)
  • I have been practicing homeopathy since: - select the year you started practicing from the dropdown.
  • SMS consent checkbox (shown for some countries) - tick this to agree to receive the verification code by SMS.
  • "I am registered/qualified in additional countries" - tick this only if you are officially registered or qualified to practice in more than one country.
  • If you tick the box, a new field appears: Registered in various countries - select every country where you are registered.

When you're done, click Continue.


Step 5 - Verify your phone number

You'll now receive a 6-digit verification code by SMS at the mobile number you just entered.

  • Open the text message on your phone
  • Enter the 6-digit code in the field labeled "Enter the verification code sent to: [your phone number]"

As with the email step, the code is submitted automatically once all 6 digits are entered.

Didn't get the SMS?

  • Wait up to a minute - SMS delivery can be delayed
  • Make sure the phone number you entered in Step 4 is correct (including the country code)
  • Click Resend Code to request a new one
  • Check that your phone has signal and isn't blocking SMS from unknown numbers


Step 6 - Accept the Terms & Conditions and sign

This is the final step. The page is titled "Accept Terms & Conditions".

1. Read the Terms & Conditions

Scroll through the full Terms & Conditions text shown on the page.

  • You must scroll all the way to the bottom before you can continue.
  • You'll see a reminder: "Please scroll to the end and read the Terms & Conditions to proceed."
  • Once you reach the bottom, this changes to: "Terms & Conditions read in full."

2. Add your signature

Under Your signature, draw your signature in the signature box using your mouse, trackpad, or touchscreen.

  • If you make a mistake, click the small clear button next to the box and sign again.
  • Once signed, you'll see: "Digital signature captured."

3. (Optional) Stay in the loop

Tick the checkbox "Stay connected with Innovibe updates and insights" if you'd like to receive occasional updates by email. You can leave this unticked if you'd rather not.

4. Complete registration

Once you have both scrolled to the bottom and provided your signature, the button at the bottom becomes active.

Click Agree and register to finish.

Step 7 - You're in!

After clicking Agree and register, you'll be taken straight to your practitioner dashboard. That's it - your account is fully set up and ready to use.


Something not working? Common issues

  • "This email is already in use" when you try to register - you may already have an account. Click the Log in link that appears below the email field to sign in instead, or use the Forgot password? option on the login page.
  • Verification email never arrives - check Spam/Promotions, confirm the email address, and use Resend Code. If it still doesn't arrive after a few minutes, contact support.
  • Verification SMS never arrives - confirm the phone number and country code, wait a minute, then click Resend Code. If you still don't receive it, try again later or contact support.
  • "Agree and register" button stays disabled - you must both scroll to the very bottom of the Terms & Conditions and draw your signature. The on-page hints will tell you which one is still missing.
